DMCA Policy

Noise Labs, Inc. complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you're a rights holder and believe that content on Noise violates your copyright, please follow the process below.


1. Notice of Infringement

To submit a DMCA takedown request, send an email to dmca@noise.xyz with the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its location on Noise (e.g., URL, project name, etc.)

  • The following two statements:

    "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

    "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

  • Your physical or electronic signature

2. Response to Valid Notices

When we receive a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice:

  • The reported content will be promptly removed or disabled
  • We will notify the user who uploaded the content
  • If applicable, we may offer the user the opportunity to submit a counter-notice

We may take additional action if the user is a repeat infringer or if the claim relates to critical platform functions.


3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@noise.xyz that includes:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • A description of the material and where it appeared before removal

  • The following two statements:

    "I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."

    "I consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which my address is located, and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent."

  • Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 10 business days.


4. Platform Scope

This policy applies to all content hosted or displayed on the Noise platform. If content is removed due to a DMCA claim, it may affect user-created projects, assets, or public listings.


5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Noise may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are the subject of multiple valid infringement notices.


6. Policy Updates

We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the current version.
