Child Safety Standards

Noise Labs, Inc. ("Noise") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse. This page describes our standards and the steps we take to keep our platform safe, consistent with Google Play's Child Safety Standards.

1. Age Requirement

Noise is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. The platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use our services.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity
• Promoting, facilitating, or linking to child sexual exploitation or abuse

This conduct violates our Terms of Use and applicable law.

3. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these standards, you can report it directly in the app. Posts and accounts include a reporting option that routes your report to our moderation team for review.

You may also report child safety concerns by emailing safety@noise.xyz.

4. Our Response

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of violating content, we:

• Review the report promptly
• Remove violating content
• Permanently ban the offending account(s)
• Preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where legally required
